Every item shipped to our customers carries a 12 month guarantee for product quality.

We will only send you the best quality products.

·Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty.

·Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty.

·Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

RETURNS
Normally, if a product develops a fault, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return.
All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
Read the item description carefully! We will ship you exactly what you order.
We will repair the product for free and send it back to you for free. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to us.

We do not accept returns of healthy products which were simply mis-ordered by you.
